12.1 By the Member: You may request the closure of your area188 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-convertible bonus credit) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method following verification, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and AML checks.
12.2 By area188: area188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, multi-accounting, or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
